Live Buz Media ("Live Buz", "we", "us") is a marketing and programmatic advertising company based in Ontario, Canada, serving clients in Canada and the United States. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a demo, email us or talk with our team, we collect what you share, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and details about your goals.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from others. We may receive business contact information from partners, events or public sources when it relates to a potential business relationship.
How we use your information
- To respond to you, schedule demos and provide our services.

Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure site traffic, HubSpot and Mailchimp to manage contacts and communications, and the Pinterest tag to measure advertising. Booking a demo
Demo bookings are handled by Calendly. When you book, the information you enter is collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can meet with you. Calendly's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, analytics, scheduling, email and customer relationship tools, and only as needed for them to provide their services. Where we deliver campaigns with our technology partner YMT Ads, we share only what is needed to plan and run those campaigns. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Where your information is stored
Our service providers may store and process information in Canada, the United States or other countries. When information is stored outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. To make a request, email info@livebuzmedia.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
